Your Profile

The About Me screen allows you to manage your personal and demographic information in ClientConnect easily.

Your profile can be found by clicking on the About Me tile located on your home screen. Here you can find the following information (where applicable):

• Name
• Date of Birth
• Gender
• Demographics (race, ethnicity and language)
• Contact method(s)
• Address(es)

View Your Profile

1. Click the About Me tile on your home screen.
   

Edit Your Profile

The screens below may vary slightly depending on your Service Provider.

1. Click the About Me tile on your home screen.
2. Click Edit Your Profile.
   
3. Edit the fields as required. Depending on your Service Provider, specific fields may not be editable.
4. Click Next. If Save is the only option available, go straight to Step 6.
5. Edit the fields as required. Depending on your Service Provider, specific fields may not be editable.
6. Click Save.
