Please follow the steps below to Request a New Service. Your request will be sent to your Service Provider and you will be contacted as soon as possible to confirm.
It should also be noted that the screens below may vary depending on the services offered by your Service Provider.
How to Request a New Service
- Click the My Services tile on your home screen.
- Click the Overview tab.
- Click Request a New Service.
- Indicate the Service you are interested in and click Next.
- Choose the Service you would like to request and click Next.
- Specify any additional details for your request and click Next. Depending on your Service Provider this feature (entering a Message) may or may not be available. Please contact your Service Provider if you have any questions.
- Review the details of your request and click Save.
Please note that this is a request and needs to be confirmed by your Service Provider.
