Requesting an Event – Calendar

Request an Event

  1. Click the Calendar tile on your home screen.
  2. On the Upcoming tab click Request an Event
  3. Select the Service you want to request an event (appointment) for.
  4. Select any additional Attendees (if applicable).
  5. If you would like to have a Video Session with your Service Provider select the Video Session checkbox (if available). Once requested, Awaiting video session link will appear until your Service Provider has added a link.
  6. Select your Preferred Date by clicking on the calendar. Days with availability are marked with a green circle.
  7. Once you have selected a date Available Appts will appear. Use the green plus (+) icon to select your preferred appointment.
  8. Enter a Message to your Service Provider (if required).
  9. Click Send. 
No Available Dates

If there are no online booking dates available the calendar will have no green circles. Please contact your Service Provider directly to book an appointment.

Please note that indicating a preferred date or time does not guarantee your appointment time. Your Service Provider will contact you directly to confirm the exact date and time of your appointment (if required).

You can also Request an Event from the My Services tile.
