Requesting an Event – My Services

Request an Event

  1. Click the My Services tile on your home screen.
  2. Click the Overview tab.
  3. Scroll down to the relevant Service and click Request an Event with (Service Provider)
  4. Select the Service you want to request an event (appointment) for.
  5. Select the Preferred Time for your appointment on the calendar. Available dates are highlighted on the calendar with a green circle. 
  6. Once you have selected a date Available Appts will appear. Use the green plus (+) icon to select your preferred appointment.
  7. Enter a Message to your Service Provider (if required). Depending on your Service Provider, this feature may or may not be available. Please contact your Service Provider if you have any questions.
  8. Click Send. 
No Available Dates

If there are no online booking dates available the calendar will have no green circles. Please contact your Service Provider directly to book an appointment.

Please note that indicating a preferred date or time does not guarantee your appointment time. Your Service Provider will contact you directly to confirm the exact date and time of your appointment (if required).

You can also Request an Event from the Calendar tile.
