Viewing Your Calendar History

View Your Calendar History

  1. Click the Calendar tile on your home screen.
  2. On the History tab scroll down to view your Calendar history.

You can also filter your Calendar history as required.

View a Specific Event

When viewing Your Event history you can click on specific dates to view details for a particular event.

  1. Click the Calendar tile on your home screen.
  2. On the History tab scroll down to the event you want to view.
  3. Click the date of the event to open.

If you can’t find the event you are looking for use the Event Options to filter which events are shown in the Your Event list.

On the Calendar History tab you can:

Confirm Your Attendance at a Past Event

  1. Click the Calendar tile on your home screen.
  2. On the History tab scroll down to the event you want to confirm.
  3. Click the event date to open.
  4. Click Confirm Attendance
  5. Click Confirm.
Note

You can disable the Confirm your attendance pop-up message by selecting the I understand, no need to keep showing me this pop-up option.

Pay Your Balance

  1. Click the Calendar tile on the home screen.
  2. On the History tab scroll to the event you want to pay.
  3. Click the event date to open.
  4. Click Pay Your Event Balance
  5. You will be redirected to another window to complete your payment.

Start a Discussion with Your Service Provider

Depending on your Service Provider this feature may or may not be available. Please contact your Service Provider if you have any questions.

  1. Click the Calendar tile on your home screen.
  2. On the History tab scroll down to the event you want to start a Discussions about.
  3. Click the event date to open.
  4. Click Start a Discussion with (Service Provider Name).
  5. Enter a Subject.
  6. Enter a Message.
  7. Click Send. To start a Discussion (conversation) with your Service Provider follow the steps below.

Note: You can send a maximum of 3 messages to your Service Provider, you then need to wait for a response before sending any new messages.

Filter Your Calendar History

You can use a variety of filters to narrow down which services are visible in Your Events history. The following filters are available:

  • Service
  • Date Range
  • Order By (Newest on Top or Oldest on Top)

To apply one or more filters to Your Events history:

  1. Click the Calendar tile on your home screen.
  2. Click the History tab.
  3. Click Show Event Options.
  4. Choose the filters you want to use.
  5. Click Filter.

Information

To view events booked in the future adjust the Date Range to accommodate the future date. Any upcoming Events will then be displayed in a list up until the date entered.
