Your My Services page displays information about the services you are receiving from your Service Provider. There are two tabs available (Overview and Timeline) to help you easily access the information you are looking for.
View Your Service Timeline
Your Service Timeline is a chronological summary of everything that has occurred while receiving service/s from your Service Provider. To access Your Service Timeline:
- Click the My Services tile on your home screen.
- Click the Timeline tab.
What’s Included in Your Service Timeline
Discussions
Your Service Timeline includes all Discussions that have occurred between you and your Service Provider. You can click a Discussion to see the message history for a particular thread. You can also reply to a Message. Depending on your Service Provider this feature may or may not be available. Please contact your Service Provider if you have any questions.
To view a Discussion in Your Service Timeline:
- Click the Discussion item in your Timeline.
- Click Reply to this Message to continue the conversation (if desired).
Events
Your Service Timeline includes all events (appointments) you have attended (up until today’s date).
To view the details of an event in Your Services Timeline:
- Click the Event item in your Timeline.
On the Event screen you can complete any of the following actions:
- Confirm your attendance
- Pay your account balance
- Complete a Document
- Start a Discussion with your Service Provider
Documents
Your Service Timeline includes all Documents you’ve been asked to complete. To view a Document in Your Service Timeline:
- Click the Document item in your Timeline.
Open and Closed Services
Your Service Timeline includes the open and (if applicable) closed dates for each of your services.
To view the details of a service in Your Services Timeline:
- Click the Service item in your Timeline.
- On the My Service screen you can complete any of the following actions:
- Start a Discussion with your Service Provider
- Request an Event with your Service Provider
- Request a new Service
Referrals
Your Service Timeline includes any Referrals for service in your service history including inbound referrals to your Service Provider as well as outbound referrals they have made for other services.
To view the details of a Referral in Your Service Timeline:
- Click the Referral item in your Timeline.
Pre-Enrollment Entries
Your Timeline includes any Pre-Enrollment entries for service in your service history. A Pre-Enrollment entry can be an entry on a waitlist or simply a process step prior to you being enrolled in a particular service.
To view the details of a Pre-Enrollment in Your Service Timeline:
- Click the Pre-Enrollment item in your Timeline.
Filter Your Service Timeline
You can use a variety of filters to narrow down which services are visible in Your Service Timeline. The following filters are available:
- Service
- Date Range
- Activity Type
- Arrange by (Newest or oldest on top)
To apply one or more filters to Your Service Timeline:
- Click the My Services tile on your home screen.
- Select the Timeline tab.
- Click Show Timeline Options.
- Choose the filters you want to implement.
- Click Filter.
