Viewing Your Services

The My Services screen provides information about each service you participate in.

View a Service

To view information about a service navigate to the My Services screen. Here you can view information about your service/s including:

  • The date the service started (open date)
  • The number of events you’ve attended, the number of upcoming scheduled events and the date and time of your next scheduled event
  • Other participants in the service

You can also view other information specific to the service throughout ClientConnect by clicking any of the following options:

Instructions on how to start a Discussion (similar to email) with your Service Provider or Request an Event (appointment) are below.

Start a Discussion with your Service Provider

Depending on your Service Provider this feature may or may not be available. Please contact your Service Provider if you have any questions.

  1. Click the My Services tile on your home screen.
  2. Click the Overview tab.
  3. Scroll down to find the relevant service.
  4. Click Start a Discussion with (Service Provider Name) for that service. 
  5. Enter a Subject and Message.
  6. Click Send.

Note: You can send a maximum of 3 messages to your Service Provider prior to receiving a response back from them.

Request an Event with your Service Provider

  1. Click the My Services tile on your home screen.
  2. Click the Overview tab.
  3. Scroll down to find the relevant service.
  4. Click Request an Event with (Service Provider name) for that service. 
  5. Select the Service (if enrolled in multiple Services).
  6. Select any additional Attendees (if applicable).
  7. If you would like to have a Video Session with your Service Provider select the Video Session checkbox (if available). Once requested, Awaiting video session link will appear until your Service Provider has added a link.
  8. Select the Preferred Time by clicking on the calendar. Days with availability are marked with a green circle.
  9. Select from the Available Appts.
  10. Enter a Message (if required). Depending on your Service Provider this feature may or may not be available. Please contact your Service Provider if you have any questions.
  11. Click Send.

Please note that indicating a preferred date or time does not guarantee your appointment time. Your Service Provider will respond back to confirm the exact date and time of your appointment.

Request a New Service

It may also be possible to request a new service with your Service Provider. If this option is available a Request a New Service button will appear. Please contact your Service Provider if you have any questions.

Filter Services in Your Service Overview

You can use a variety of filters to narrow down which services are visible in Your Service Overview. The following filters are available:

You can filter by:

  • Service
  • Open Services
  • Both Open and Closed Services

To apply one or more filters to your My Services Overview:

  1. Click the My Services tile on your home screen.
  2. Click the Overview tab.
  3. Click Show Options.
  4. Choose the filters you want to implement.
  5. Click Filter.
