Viewing your Upcoming Events

View Your Upcoming Events

  1. Click the Calendar tile on your home screen.
  2. On the Upcoming tab scroll down to view all of your Upcoming Events.

Information

Only your next 5 events (appointments) will be displayed under Upcoming Events in ClientConnect. You can view any additional events (appointments) by using the filter function on the History tab.

View a Specific Event

When viewing your Upcoming Events, you can click on specific dates to view details for that particular event.

  1. Click the Calendar tile on your home screen.
  2. On the Upcoming tab scroll down to the event you want to view and click the date.

On the Event screen you can:

Video Session Requested

If you have requested a video session with your Service Provider but are waiting for them to confirm your video session, Awaiting Video Session Link (text) will appear on the Event screen. Once your Service Provider has added the video session link, the link will appear instead.

Confirm your Attendance

  1. Click the Calendar tile on your home screen.
  2. On the Upcoming tab scroll down to the event you want to confirm and click Confirm Attendance
  3. Click Confirm.
Information

You can disable the Confirm your attendance pop up message by selecting the I understand, no need to keep showing me this pop-up option.

Cancel an Upcoming Event

Depending on your Service Provider, this feature may or may not be available. Please contact your Service Provider if you have any questions.

  1. Click the Calendar tile on your home screen.
  2. On the Upcoming tab scroll down to the event you want to cancel and click Cancel Event.
  3. Enter a Message if required.
  4. Click Yes.

Pay the Balance for an Upcoming Event

  1. Click the Calendar tile on the home screen.
  2. On the Upcoming tab scroll down to the event you want to pay and click the date.
  3. Click Pay your Event Balance
  4. You will be redirected to another window to complete your payment.

Start a Discussion with Your Service Provider

Depending on your Service Provider, this feature may or may not be available. Please contact your Service Provider if you have any questions.

  1. Click the Calendar tile on your home screen.
  2. On the Upcoming tab scroll down to the event you want to start a Discussions on and click the date.
  3. Click Start a Discussion with (Service Provider Name)
  4. Enter a Subject and Message.
  5. Click Send.

Note: You can send a maximum of 3 messages to your Service Provider before receiving a response from them.
