The Account History page provides information regarding your historical financial transactions as well as the ability to print invoices, past invoices, credit notes and receipts.
Please note that the information available may vary between Service Providers.
How to View Your Account History
To view your Account History:
- Click the My Account tile on your home screen.
- Click the History tab.
View a Past Invoice
To view a past invoice:
- Click the My Account tile on your home screen.
- On the History tab scroll down to the invoice you would like to view.
- Click the invoice.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page to display the Invoice.
Print a Past Invoice
To print a past invoice:
- Click the My Account tile on your home screen.
- On the History tab scroll down to the invoice you would like to print.
- Click the invoice.
- Click Print This Invoice.
View a Receipt
To view a receipt:
- Click the My Account tile on your home screen.
- On the History tab scroll down to the receipt you would like to view.
- Click the receipt.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page to view the receipt.
Print a Receipt
To print a receipt:
- Click the My Account tile on your home screen.
- On the History tab scroll down to the receipt you would like to print.
- Click the receipt.
- Click Print This Receipt.
View a Credit
To view a credit:
- Click the My Account tile on your home screen.
- On the History tab scroll down to the credit you would like to view.
- Click the credit.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page to view the credit.
Print a Credit Note
To print a credit note:
- Click the My Account tile on your home screen.
- On the History tab scroll down to the Credit Note you would like to print.
- Click the Credit Note.
- Click Print This Receipt.
Filter Account History
You can use a variety of filters to narrow down which services are visible in My Account History. The following filters are available:
- Service
- Date Range
- Include Only Outstanding
- Order by (Newest on Top or Oldest on Top)
To apply one or more filters to History:
- Click the My Account tile on your home screen.
- Select the History tab.
- Click Show Transaction Options.
- Choose the filters you want to implement.
- Click Filter.
