The My Account Policies page provides detailed information regarding the Policies and Coverages you have with your Service Provider.
Please note that the information available may vary between Service Providers.
View Your Account Policies
To view your policies:
- Click the My Account tile on your home screen.
- Click the Policies tab.
The Policies tab on the My Account page displays the following information:
- Member Number
- Relationship to policy (holder etc)
The Coverage page (click View what is covered by this Policy) on the My Account (Policies tab) page displays the following information:
- What is covered (Service Unit)
- Any Co-Pay amount
- What limits exist
- What has been used
- What is on-hold (an appointment is booked with a covered item but not yet invoiced)
- Total units used
- Remaining units
