The About Me screen gives you the ability to add and edit your profile and contact information in ClientConnect.
Add Another Address
- Click the About Me tile on your home screen.
- Click Add another Address.
- Select the Type of address you would like to add.
- Enter the address details as required.
- Click Save.
Edit an Existing Address
- Click the About Me tile on your home screen.
- Click Edit an existing Address.
- Select the address you would like to edit (Step 1).
- Click Next.
- Edit the address details as required (Step 2).
- Click Save.
Add a New Contact Method
- Click the About Me tile on your home screen.
- Click Add a new Contact.
- Provide the details of the contact method:
- Select the Type of contact.
- In the Contact field type the phone number/email address etc as required.
- In the Instructions field provide any information your Service Provider(s) should consider when contacting you via this method (e.g. only call after 6pm).
- If you would like to set this contact method as your primary method of communication check the Primary: Yes, this is the best way to reach me option.
- Click Save.
Edit an Existing Contact Method
- Click the About Me tab on your home screen.
- Click Edit an existing Contact.
- Choose which contact method you want to modify (Step 1).
- Click Next.
- Enter the details you would like to update (Step 2).
- In the Contact field type the phone number/email address etc as required.
- In the Instructions field provide any information your Service Provider(s) should consider when contacting you via this method (e.g. only call after 6pm).
- If you would like to set this contact method as your primary method of communication check the Primary: Yes, this is the best way to reach me option.
- Click Save.
Remove a Contact Method
- Click the About Me tab on your home screen.
- Click Edit an existing Contact.
- Choose which contact method you would like to remove and click Next.
- Check the Remove: I don’t use this contact method anymore option.
- Click Save.
